Condo Questionnaire
  • Interested party or Financial Institution must send us the Condo Questionnaire Form that must be completed.
  • The regular fee is $100.00, all requests are processed within 7 business days.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $75.00, and these are processed within 3 business days.

Estoppel Letter
  • The interested party must send by mail the request and payment to our corporate office or visit it in person.
  • The regular fee is $295.00, all requests are processed within 7 business days. The request will only be processed once the payment has been received.

An Estoppel Letter that is hand delivered or sent by electronic means has a 30- day effective period. An Estoppel Letter sent via regular mail has a 35-day effective period. If any amendment of this Estoppel Letter is requested after this period you must submit a new request and reissue payment, a new 30-day or 35-day effective period begins  on  the  date  of  issuance  of  the  amended  Estoppel  Letter.

In the event a sale does not occur, the Estoppel fee may be refunded upon written request and accompanied with proof that the sale did not occur. This request must be made no later than 30 days after the closing date for which the Estoppel was requested. Refunds shall be made within 30 days after written request is received.

 

Condo Docs / By Laws / Declaration Documents
  • To request the Condo Docs or By-Laws pertaining to a community managed by our office, you must send the request by mail to our main office at Doral (10855 NW 33rd Street, Doral FL 33172) with all the required information such as Community Name, Property Address, Current Owner Name or Prospective Owner (if applicable), with a cashier check or money order of $100.00 payable to Renovations Property Management. We will send your requested documents back to you via email. Condo Docs can also be requested in person with the corresponding payment at our main office. As another alternative, the current unit owner may already have a copy and can provide them to the future buyer; or they can be obtained at no cost at Miami Dade County Public Records Clerk online.
